Resource Directory

Resource Directory
Click to download the following:
AIC Resource Directory Content: Know more about the different mental health conditions and also the frequently asked questions.
AIC Resource Directory Listings: Find out more on the support and services available for mental health and dementia.
This resource directory aims to provide you with a quick reference of the resources available in the community.

Majority of those who suffer from a mental health condition had their first onset in their twenties.

According to the Singapore Mental Health Study 2010, Major Depressive Disorder, Alcohol Abuse and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder were found to be the top three most common mental health conditions in Singapore. Mental health conditions are common but help is available.

The information in this resource directory ranges from common scenarios found in the community to the community partners near you where you can refer people with mental health conditions to seek help.

If you need assistance, you can email careinmind@aic.sg.
